Fan Engagement Platform

This game-changing platform was first developed for and used at the 2022 USA Games. This large-scale national event provided the perfect proving grounds for the platform. Taking place at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports complex in Orlando Florida, the venue hosted thirty thousand people including athletes, coaches, families, volunteers, and fans. All these users required up-to-date information fast. The platform enables each person to be connected to exactly the information they need whenever they need it. Whether it be schedules, results, location info, or athlete-specific information, the platform has the answer at your fingertips. Athletes and coaches are kept up to date on individual event schedules, results, and award schedules, all in one place.

Unique to the platform, and a fan favorite, are Hero Profiles. Each athlete in your organization will have their own Hero Profile. The profile showcases the athlete with a picture and a bio. It also contains the Heros event schedule and location (if during an active event). The profile also contains all results and medals won by the Hero. Athletes love this feature and many have commented on the self-confidence the profile gives them.

Fans can cheer on athletes with pre-defined cheers inside the platform. These cheers are stickers with pre-defined text such as “Congrats!” or “You’re amazing!.” These cheers are sent to the athlete and can be viewed by them in the app. Similarly, when an event has official results, Each athlete receives a celebration message in the app. This celebration will include their official time or placement.

The platform has exactly what each athlete, coach, and family wants. How do we know? We built the app with the help and input from all of them. In addition, the app was professionally designed by Blink, a professional UX design team in California. The design went on to win San Francisco’s design week award
